Great experience.

This property is so luxurious for you and your family, you will love it. The facilities are top notch, and always being cleaned. The beach is really nice and sandy and the water on their shore is very clean. Mr. Hamada from front office took extra care of us, thank you so much to him we really appreciate it. He went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of always.

If you’re looking for an Arab Egypt vibe, you won’t get it here. It’s very based on Russians and foreigners. Even the music played at the resort is in their liking. We always had to ask to have Arabic music played. Also, if you’re big on food, this is not your place to stay. Unless you speak with Mr. Hamada in advance and arrange something. He will take care of you for sure.

Everything was perfect. We were met by Mr. Hamada invited us to relax in the lobby bar and literally within a few minutes we were seated. The room is luxurious, on the first coastline and on the first floor. Since my husband has a leg problem, Hamada provided us with the best option, for which we thank him very much. Throughout our stay, Hamada paid us attention and assistance offered.

Overall great experience

Rooms were great, very clean. Props to Mr. Fawzy Mohamed who made everything comfortable in our room. From front office managment Mr. Hamada were real helpfull, solved all the problems fast. Overall staff was real frendly and helpfull. Food was a hit and miss, nothing special. Having 5 restaurants at the hotel helps a lot.

Drinks: would be good if they serv actual fruit juices. Food: they used too much bad quality cooking oil. Hotel was too crowded for ma taste, but thats a personal problem. Would be great if they have an adult only area.

Everything works: a large number of bars (including a pool bar) and restaurants, animation for children and adults and numerous heated pools. Animation entertains from early morning to late evening: exercise, dancing, volleyball, water polo, pool bar. A variety of dishes, from traditional tortillas from the oven to fish, lamb and seafood. The rooms are beyond praise, every corner of the vast territory of the hotel is kept in perfect condition. The beach here is one of the best on the coast, there are always free places, a beautiful reef.

We thank Mr. Hamada for their hospitality and kindness. They upgraded our room for our family. This is our second time we stay in this hotel and we feel like our home. Staff is so kind, especially we thank Mr.Boaz in Mediterranean Restaurant. There is a beautiful coral close to beach with various kinds and colors of fishes a d sea life. You dont need to go Ras Muhammed for diving. Next year we will come again.

Tastes of food was better then last year but still needs to be improved. Take out drinks must not be served with small cartoon glasses. Quality of food court beverages and snacks must be improved.

Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great place, nice beach and many pools plus an aqua park. Sea view was beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful.The heated pools are at great temperature which is helpful in winter. Having all day snack bar is great. Rooms are comfortable and modern. Special thank you to Mr Osama and Mr Hamada for their help resolving an issue at booking and for their warm welcome and attention to details. Would definitely go back again.

Magnificent Trip to repeat

We had a fantastic trip to Albatros Palace for 2 days and 1 night. We checked in on Thursday morning, a day earlier; we sent them on booking.com to book a pickup from the airport and informed them that we would arrive before 12:00 PM, and they sent us shortly the limousine team contacts to reach them calling or what's app. Upon reaching the hotel, the staff, and Mr. Ossama, the Hotel Manager, warmly welcomed us in the Concerto and upgraded our reservation. The room had a fantastic sea view with good space and a large bathroom. We headed to the beach, where they have a Food court serving from 12:00 to 5:00 PM for a beach snack aside from the main meals. What we LOVED about the hotel is that they have many restaurants and daily activities plans you won't get bored at all ( beach activities, pool activities, an active animation team, a lobby bar with DJ by night). The hotel is the perfect destination for couples, families with kids, and teenagers, too ( they have a kids club, kids pool, water games, and theater shows), as they have many spots so people with kids can go to theater shows. At the same time, adults can enjoy the singer while having soft drinks in an open-air cafe. we wish to stay longer to enjoy all the spots and activities We enjoyed snorkeling at the beach, and afternoon, we had soft drinks at the pool bar, and on the second day, we had so much FUNNN in the pool activities. Special thanks to all the helpful staff, starting with Mr. Ossama, the hotel manager, and dealing with Ahmed Kamal for the checkout. Chef Morad A. Monaiem, the helpful waiter Mohamed Jamal, and to all the limousine team for their fast response.
